Job Summary :

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to provide in-home healthcare services. As an In-Home Health Care Speech Therapist, you will work directly with individuals of all ages who have communication or swallowing disorders in the comfort of their own homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, diagnose, and provide tailored treatment to improve their communication and swallowing skills. You will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and caregivers to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure the highest quality of care for your clients.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Speech Therapist, preferably in a home healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic techniques for speech and language disorders.
• Familiarity with assistive technology and alternative communication methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and caregivers.
• Empathy and patience to work with individuals who may have communication challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to continuing education and staying updated on the latest research and advancements in the field of Speech Therapy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in therapy practices.
