Mid–Senior Red Hat Implementation Engineer (RHEL / Ansible) – Contract or Full-Time

LCN Services is scaling our Red Hat delivery practice and seeking a mid–senior level

• Red Hat Implementation Engineer
• who thrives in customer environments. This is a hands-on technical delivery role — building, deploying, automating, and supporting Red Hat solutions directly for clients. You won’t be working on our internal stack; you’ll be leading customer-facing implementations where precision, ownership, and technical credibility matter.
• What You’ll Do

You’ll be the technical face of our Red Hat engagements. Typical responsibilities include :

• Implementing and configuring
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• across customer environments.
• Designing and executing
• Ansible
• automation (playbooks, roles, pipelines).
• Driving patching, upgrades, migrations, and environment hardening.
• Leading customer workshops, validating requirements, and translating them into deployment plans.
• Advising customers on best practices, operational readiness, and lifecycle management.
• Supporting Red Hat tooling such as
• Satellite
• Insights
• , or
• Automation Platform
• as applicable.
• Delivering documentation, runbooks, and post-engagement guidance.
• Required Qualifications
• Active Red Hat Credentials (required) :
• RHCSA, RHCE, or higher.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in RHEL environments or Red Hat-based automation.
• Strong Linux fundamentals : system admin, security, networking, troubleshooting.
• Solid experience with
• Ansible
• automation in production or consulting settings.
• Consulting mindset — comfortable owning customer delivery end-to-end.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred Experience
• Red Hat Satellite, Ansible Tower / Automation Platform.
• Experience in reseller, VAR, MSP, or consulting organizations.
• Familiarity with AWS / Azure hybrid deployments.
• Exposure to container platforms (OpenShift helpful but not required).

Pay : $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
