Home-Based Travel Advisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Home-Based Travel Advisor to support travelers with planning and booking customized trips. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching destinations staying organized and providing reliable service in a remote setting. You will help clients navigate travel options and ensure their plans are accurate efficient and aligned with their preferences.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with booking accommodations transportation and travel activities

Provide destination research and personalized trip recommendations

Prepare and maintain itineraries confirmations and essential travel documents

Communicate with clients through email phone and online platforms in a timely professional manner

Maintain accurate client records and follow established procedures

Stay informed on travel guidelines supplier updates and available offerings

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills

Basic computer skills including email online research and use of web-based tools

Ability to multitask stay organized and manage client requests independently

Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace

Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
