Key Responsibilities

• Recruit interview and onboard qualified candidates for production technical and administrative roles.
• Manage employee relations addressing grievances disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in a manufacturing environment.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs including payroll processing and leave management.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all federal state and local labor laws including OSHA regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data generating reports as needed for compliance and operational insights.
• Support performance management processes including goal setting reviews and corrective action plans.
• Develop and deliver HR-related training programs focusing on safety compliance and professional development.
