Job Description

Optomi, in partnership with our client, is seeking a Product Manager – Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to lead a major marketing technology transformation initiative. This role is key in driving adoption, implementation, and optimization of AJO to power personalized, cross-channel customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Product Vision & Roadmap : Define and deliver the roadmap for Adobe Journey Optimizer, aligning it to marketing and personalization strategies.
• Translate Business Goals : Turn marketing objectives into actionable product requirements and capabilities.
• Lead Implementation & Enablement : Drive AJO setup, configuration, and onboarding across marketing, data, and technology teams.
• Enable Cross-Channel Journeys : Partner with data and decisioning teams to activate real-time personalization and orchestration.
• Optimize & Measure : Build frameworks for journey testing, measurement, and performance analysis.
• Be the Connector : Act as the liaison between marketing, IT, and analytics teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.
