Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager : Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and handling customer complaints.
• Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Team Management : Coach and motivate team members to consistently meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Scheduling : Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
• Cash Handling : Perform daily cash handling duties, including making change, processing transactions, and balancing cash drawers.
• Maintenance : Maintain a clean and organized store, including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps.
