Summary :
The Assistant Director of Education (ADOE) supports the Director of Education in the administration, coordination, and development of academic programs, policies, personnel, and facilities. This role helps foster an environment of academic and professional excellence for both students and faculty, while promoting collaboration among educational teams.Key Responsibilities :
- Support the implementation and oversight of academic policies and instructional programs
- Assist in managing faculty performance, development, and staffing
- Promote student success through academic quality and support initiatives
