We are a growing property management company seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves overseeing and performing maintenance tasks across a portfolio of commercial and condominium properties in Fairfield / New Haven County area.

Compensation :

25.50 - $27.50 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Act as a first line of defense for building repairs.
• Perform facilities maintenance repairs including, but not limited to, electrical, HVAC, painting, plumbing, ceiling tile replacement, lighting, carpentry, building equipment, etc.
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the building.
• Execute daily operations to keep commercial buildings and condominiums safe and in working order.
• Liaison between Management Company and vendors for specific tasks.
• Responsible for daily management of schedule to complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Oversee and manage maintenance projects at commercial and condominium properties in Fairfield County.
