About the Role :

Join our dynamic team at Poolwerx Midland-Odessa as a Pool Cleaning Helper! In this exciting role, you'll assist in providing top-notch pool maintenance services, ensuring our customers enjoy crystal-clear water and a pristine swimming environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing.
  • Test and balance pool water chemistry to ensure safety and cleanliness.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance on pool equipment.
  • Load and unload equipment and supplies for service jobs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers about services performed and any recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and vehicle.
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in pool maintenance or cleaning is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
