Senior Client Services Representative

A company is looking for a Client Services Senior Representative. Key Responsibilities Respond to complicated client inquiries and collaborate with management across departments to resolve issues Analyze escalations by providing detailed insights into root causes and trends Generate weekly reports for management on issues and potential solutions Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School Diploma / GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Care preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations, preferably in the healthcare industry Proficient understanding of Hospital Revenue Cycle Services Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
