Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Physical Therapist Discipline : Therapy Start Date : 12 / 29 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Profession : PT Specialty : Long Term Care (LTC) Shift Notes : 8 hr days, 40 GWW Requirements 1 year of PT experience - REQUIRED LTC or Rehab experience - Required MO State License - Required The Physical Therapist must possess : A valid, unrestricted license in his / her therapy discipline in the state. Meet educational requirements of his / her licensure requirements. Valid driver's license in the state of employment. Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
