Supervise operations. Drive service excellence. Grow your career. Valet Living is hiring a field-based Area Leader to help oversee our nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection services. In this role, you'll manage a team of 15 to 40 part-time Service Valets across 20 to 40 multifamily communitiesensuring our service runs smoothly, safely, and on time. This is a great opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who enjoys solving problems, using data to drive decisions and keeping operations on track.

Compensation & Work Environment Details : Pay Range : $22 - $24 per hour Company Vehicle : provided by the company Work Schedule : Sunday Thursday from 6 : 00 PM 12 : 30 AM core hours, plus two flexible hours to complete your 8-hour shift. (Schedule may vary based on business needs.) Work Environment : 70% field-based / 30% remote administrative

What You'll Do

Lead Your Team :

• Onboard and train your team of Service Valets to deliver high-quality waste, recycling, and compost collection services.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and support, by conducting regular team meetings and safety checks to reinforce best practices and service standards.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and ensure your team stays on track and within budget.
• Foster a culture of accountability, open communication, and continuous improvement.
