The Supervisor Mission :
As our first Supervisor in LA, you will be at the forefront of an exciting new chapter in A&M’s journey, helping to shape our presence in one of the most vibrant and influential markets in the world. By championing our core values and leading with vision, you’ll support and inspire your team to create memorable in-store moments and deliver a five star customer experience.

Experiential Retail
- Inspire and empower your team to truly Host from the Heart - guiding them to radiate warmth, be fully present, take ownership of every interaction and bring intention to the smallest moments. You'll create a space where every individual and customer feels genuinely seen, valued and cared for
- Drive continuous elevation to our overall customer experience to ensure the customer is at the heart of all decisions
- Build brand loyalty by promoting our CRM scheme, hosting events, and engaging with your local community
Inspirational Reverse Leadership
Partner with your Store Manager to provide the support, mentorship, coaching and guidance that the team need to truly flourish and grow in their rolesAdopt a reverse leadership approach in partnership with your Store Manager to inspire continuous growth to your team through training, coaching, and frequent reviews in order to cultivate high-performing and truly engaged teamsA clear and confident communicator, you’re comfortable with delivering feedback on the shop floor, observing & delivering in the momentCross-functional collaboration
