Your Impact

You will shape the future of Iconex Labels by driving product innovation from concept to launch. Your work ensures our solutions meet customer needs, maintain top quality, and deliver measurable business results. You’ll be the bridge between engineering, operations, sales, and marketing, turning insights into products that make a real impact in the labeling industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and release schedules
  • Define technical requirements with R&D, Engineering, and Supply Chain
  • Act as technical point of contact for internal teams and customers
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to guide product improvements
  • Oversee new SKU setup and documentation for accurate product launches
  • Ensure manufacturability, quality standards, and inventory alignment
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation and training materials

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • 5+ years of product management experience in manufacturing, labeling, or consumables
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in complex product systems
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and product lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Analytical mindset with market analysis and ROI assessment experience
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, organized, and strategic thinker
