We are a fast-paced, high-performing personal injury law firm seeking a skilled and highly organized Case Manager to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation referral. This is a pivotal role that requires legal knowledge, initiative, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities :
Manage a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury filesCommunicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneysTrack and coordinate medical treatment, billing, and liensReview, organize, and summarize medical records and reportsPrepare detailed settlement demands with supporting documentationFollow up on outstanding records, bills, and lien reductionsMaintain accurate case files and timelines in case management softwareAssist attorneys in preparing cases for litigation if necessaryRequired Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years experience in personal injury case management (auto accidents preferred)Strong knowledge of bodily injury claims, medical terminology, and treatment timelinesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize under pressureStrong written and verbal communicationProficiency in case management systems (e.g., Casepeer)Familiarity with demand writing, liens, subrogation, and settlement proceduresProfessional demeanor with a client-first mindsetPreferred Qualifications :
Bilingual (Spanish or Armenian) is a plusExperience handling UM / UIM and policy limit casesPrior work with Lien Resolution, Medi-Cal, Medicare, and ERISA liensWhat We Offer :
