Job descriptionManage a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys Track and coordinate medical treatment, billing, and liens Review, organize, and summarize medical records and reports Prepare detailed settlement demands with supporting documentation Follow up on outstanding records, bills, and lien reductions Maintain accurate case files and timelines in case management software Assist attorneys in preparing cases for litigation if necessary Minimum 2 years experience in personal injury case management (auto accidents preferred) Strong knowledge of bodily injury claims, medical terminology, and treatment timelines Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure Strong written and verbal communication Proficiency in case management systems (e.g., Casepeer) Familiarity with demand writing, liens, subrogation, and settlement procedures Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset Bilingual (Spanish or Armenian) is a plus Experience handling UM / UIM and policy limit cases Prior work with Lien Resolution, Medi-Cal, Medicare, and ERISA liens Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with employer contribution Opportunities for growth and professional development A collaborative and supportive team environment
