About The Position

License : Current and valid state Pharmacy license required.

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred, including one-year residency.

Recent hospital experience in inpatient or outpatient settings required.

Experience working in an emergency room is required.

Description :

The position involves managing and supervising daily administrative operations to ensure the highest quality service delivery.

Develop operational and financial outcome measures along with tracking and monitoring systems.

Implement and evaluate departmental policies and procedures.

Proactively assess program effectiveness for continuous process improvement.

Supervise staff by providing timely feedback and utilizing Human Resource policies to support professional growth.

Plan and evaluate computer-based information and dispensing systems for efficiency.

Manage purchasing and inventory functions to ensure timely availability of pharmaceuticals.

Facilitate staff professional growth by assessing learning needs and coordinating learning opportunities.

Prepare monthly progress and operational reports, identifying areas of improvement.

Participate in orientation, on-the-job training, and educational programs to maintain skill levels.

Perform additional duties as requested.
