We’re seeking an experienced Cath Lab Manager to lead our high-performing Cardiac Catheterization and Cardio Diagnostics team. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care while guiding a team dedicated to quality, safety, and collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations of the Cardiac Cath Labs and Cardio Diagnostics departments
• Drive excellence in patient outcomes, safety, and staff performance
• Partner with physicians and leaders to streamline workflows and enhance care delivery
• Oversee budgets, productivity, and regulatory compliance
• Mentor and develop a skilled clinical and technical team
