About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary and accomplished executive to take on the role of Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic, Research, and Clinical Affairs. This strategic leadership position is pivotal in shaping future-ready academic programs that align with the evolving needs of the health care workforce, particularly in the areas of cutting-edge technologies and patient-centered, evidence-based practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing bold, forward-thinking leadership across all academic, research, and clinical education programs, championing academic excellence, and ensuring that the institution's mission, vision, and values are upheld. As a member of the University's Cabinet, the Provost will play a critical role in setting strategic priorities and allocating resources.
The ideal candidate for this role at the company will be a distinguished leader in health sciences education, with a terminal degree in a relevant discipline. They must have a proven track record of innovative health care leadership and be prepared to guide the institution into its next era of academic and research excellence. The role requires a strategic and innovative leader who can anticipate and respond to the needs of the health care industry, particularly in the areas of artificial intelligence, simulation, and telehealth. The Provost will be instrumental in preparing graduates for collaborative, patient-centered, and evidence-based practice, and must therefore have a deep understanding of the evolving landscape of health care and the educational requirements to meet those challenges.
