Business Services Representative

The Business Services Representative (BSR) establishes linkages with employers and local businesses, markets the Center services to employers to create job opportunities and job placements for Center participants. The BSR plays a pivotal role in connecting employers with job seekers and promoting the resources and services of our workforce programs. They are the bridge between employers and job seekers, ensuring that the right candidates are matched with the right employment opportunities. Responsibilities will encompass outreach, employer engagement, job posting assistance, candidate recruitment, and exceeding performance goals set by the Business Services Manager or Project Director.
