You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and provide vital administrative support across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Desk Duties
Greet and assist all visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure common areas are tidy and well-presented
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative assistance including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning
Sort and distribute mail, manage couriers and deliveries
Order and maintain office supplies and stationery
Coordination & Communication
Support calendar scheduling for management or internal teams as required
Liaise with building management or service providers for maintenance issues
Help coordinate internal meetings and small-scale events
Record Keeping & Systems
Maintain and update visitor logs, staff directories, and contact lists
Support onboarding processes for new employees by preparing access cards, welcome packs, etc.
Use internal systems to update information and generate basic reports
What Were Looking For
Previous experience in a reception, administrative or customer-facing role preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsboth written and verbal
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and a calm, courteous manner
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask under pressure
