Position Highlights : Schedule : Monday – Friday | 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM Compensation : $35.00 / hour Health & Welfare Stipend Benefits Include : Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off & Sick Leave Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related Graduate of a NAACLS, ABHES, or AMT-approved Certification : Current certification / registration with ASCP or Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association or military equivalent). Experience : Minimum of 12 months of relevant clinical laboratory Immunization Requirements (Must be current or able to obtain) : Hepatitis B (series and titer) Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis) MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) Varicella (Chickenpox) TB (Tuberculosis) test Seasonal Influenza (flu) vaccine COVID-19 vaccine (if applicable) Key Responsibilities : Perform a wide range of laboratory procedures across disciplines including chemistry, urinalysis, hematology, serology, microbiology, and Evaluate specimen integrity and prepare samples for accurate Prepare reagents, calibrate equipment, perform quality control procedures, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions. Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and Maintain records for quality control and assurance in accordance with lab standards and protocols. Why Join USGP?
