About the role :

We’re looking for an intermediate to senior Product Manager.

An ideal candidate will have the following knowledge and experience :

• Experience with E-commerce, JAVA, JSO, HTML / CSS / Javascript
• Experiece in PL / SQL, XML Reading
• Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS) and omni channel platforms.
• Leading and managing end to end offer launch and focusing on assessment execution, testing and deployment
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including engineering, product management and operations to deliver high-quality releases on time.
• Identify and mitigate potential issues and gaps via risk assessment throughout the release process.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Continuously improve offer launch processes to enhance security, scalability and operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, software development processes, API’s and system architecture.
• In depth knowledge of the digital e-commerce landscape, including trends, competitors and emerging technologies.
• Experience in product management within the e-commerce industry,
• Experience managing complex technical products from conception to launch.
• Experience in a senior or leadership role with demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams.
• Experience in digital acquisition space, launching customer facing digital journeys
• Previous scrum team PM experience, working with UX & QA Teams, product release insight required.
• Ability to identify and capitalize on new digital opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build consensus and drive buy in for product initiatives.

The pay range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
