A company is looking for a Part Time Mental Health Specialist II for the 988 Lifeline Services.

Key Responsibilities

Models good communication, recovery-oriented living skills, and effective coping strategies for clients

Responds promptly to service requests via telephone, chat, and text

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of resources and programs for appropriate client referrals

Required Qualifications

Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure

Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs

Experience with crisis intervention

Willingness to work in a clean, well-lighted, and moderately loud environment
