Position Highlights
Spencer Hospital is a rural hospital located in northwest Iowa employing over 500+ employees. Positions at Spencer Hospital are not affiliated with Avera; however, we collaborate to provide services to the communities we serve. Employment offers, if accepted, are exclusively with Spencer Hospital.
Responsibilities :
Deliver comprehensive skilled nursing care to patients within the home setting
Participates in the development and implementation of patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
Provides quality end-of-life cares and support to patient, family, and caregivers
Requirements :
Flexible, multitasker, demonstrates effective communication and assessment skills
IA RN license
BLS required
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required

Schedule :
72 hours a pay period - 8 hour shifts

The schedule may fluctuate based upon the needs of the department
