About the Role
We're Brown Family Law — a rapidly growing firm in Arizona.
We're looking for an experienced divorce attorney who wants to serve clients exceptionally well, grow professionally, earn good money, and live a balanced life.
You'll manage your own caseload, lead clients through high-stakes family matters, and work with a skilled and growing team that delivers an elite client experience.

Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of ~30 clients from day 1 through trialCreate and execute winning case strategies, aligned with client goalsLead negotiations in mediation and represent clients in courtMeet or exceed 1600 billable hours / year (˜133 per month / ˜6.7 per day) with real-time billingCall every client every Friday—because communication builds trust and solves problemsCollaborate daily with your paralegal and weekly with your teamAttend team meetings, share insights, and help teammates improveUphold Brown Family Law's core values : Growth Mindset, Excellence, Impact, Exclusive Focus, Communication, DominationResults
Maintain a 5-star rating from at least 90% of your clientsMeet or exceed 1600 billable hours / year (˜133 per month / ˜6.7 per day) with real-time billing without supervisionCoordinate with the office manager and their team leader to ensure 100% collection for work billedHelp your team by doing 1 thing every day to make your colleagues' lives betterRequirements
