Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized financial advice, including equity compensation planning and retirement planning

Develop and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients and drive client acquisition efforts

Shape scalable systems for delivering customized financial advice and ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in financial advisory or wealth management with expertise in equity compensation

Passion for serving startup employees and executives

Proven track record in client relationship management with high-net-worth individuals

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (CFP designation or advanced degree is a plus)

Comfortable with the dynamic nature of startup culture
