Job description

Role : Senior Python Developer (AI / ML & Java Integration) - W2 Role Location : Plano, TX (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using Python.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect solutions integrating AI / ML models into production systems.
  • Contribute to backend services and APIs, with occasional development in Java for system integration.
  • Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with banking and marketing domain requirements.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies in Python, Java, AI / ML, and fintech / marketing tech ecosystems.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Primary Expertise : Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI, or similar frameworks).
  • Secondary Expertise : Java (Spring Boot or equivalent).
  • AI / ML Libraries : Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and ML model deployment.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS) messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Familiarity with banking domain applications and exposure to marketing connect apps (e.g., CRM integrations, campaign management, customer engagement platforms) is a plus.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
