About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Operations and Hospitality Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial success, operational performance, and client relations of 15-20 vertically aligned venues. This role involves driving client retention and new business within the regional scope, as well as overseeing the District General Managers and General Managers to ensure they are meeting the company's standards. The Regional Vice President will also be involved in all aspects of the business, from setting a vision and plan to managing the promotion and operation of the assigned food and beverage venues.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or finance, and at least 10 years' experience in food and beverage and / or hospitality management. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in operations management, growth management, client management, talent management, financial management, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have the ability to bring immediate credibility to the leadership function, collaborate across various departments, and drive commitment to organizational change. Experience in stadiums or arenas is a significant plus. The role demands a high level of integrity, the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders, and a commitment to the mission of the organization.
