The Maintenance Technician is responsible for enhancing their technical knowledge and skill set through ongoing training and development as well as promoting safe work practices by leading by example.

This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is part of the Manufacturing & Operations job family located in Richmond, IL and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance work while following safety standards which comply with all company, local, state and federal guidelines
• Repair / service various types of production equipment (filling, labeling, milling, etc.)
• Mechanical maintenance / service for facility systems (air compressors, HVAC systems, etc.)

The hourly range for this role is $36.05 / hr - 40.86 / hr. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
