Responsibilities Conduct medically prescribed physical therapy under the supervision of a physical therapist. Provide physical therapy interventions under a plan of care written by a physical therapist. Perform therapy interventions utilizing techniques and skills as appropriate for the patient population. Document treatment interventions given. May coordinate activities of physical therapy aides, students and other support personnel. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration : BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy Asst credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision required. Physical Therapist Assistant temporary letter will be accepted until license is issued required. Education : High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree / Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
