What You'll Do : Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, assisting with emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, and observe activity within the location to help to deter loss, incidents, and / or suspicious behavior. Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and employees to provide information or assistance as needed. Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activities, or hazards according to Allied Universal protocols. Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
