Key Responsibilities

Manage the OTC collections portfolio and maintain strong customer relationships

Collection on past due invoices and invalid deductions via email and phone calls

Research disputed invoices and facilitate resolution with the billing and dispute team

B.Com Graduation

Relevant experience in Invoice to Cash

SAP experience
