Job Summary
We are seeking a patient-centered and team-oriented Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a growing Skilled Nursing Facility in California. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who are collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about delivering high-quality rehabilitative care. Mentorship is available for candidates with limited SNF experience.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized speech and language treatment plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Complete accurate and timely documentation per facility standards
- Utilize Net Health EMR for all clinical documentation
- Float to a nearby sister facility as needed
Requirements
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license
- SNF experience preferred (mentorship available if experience is limited)
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Flexible, collaborative, and patient-focused mindset
Additional Details
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Contract assignment
- Minimum experience: Less than 1 year accepted
- Holiday coverage not required
