Job descriptionChrist Center Environment Flexible schedules available Track feeding and Diapering (mild potty training) Supervise infants and ensure they receive proper care Maintain clean and neat classroom Assist lead teacher in daily tasks High school diploma or GED required Previous experience as a teacher / teaching assistant is preferred Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Energetic and positive attitude Ability to pass a background check
