Primary Objective of Position :

To receive, verify, locate, store, issue, and transport material used in the manufacturing process.

Starting hourly pay is up to $21.00+ with overtime opportunities

Job Responsibilities :

• Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and promptly alert the Supervisor or suitable contact about any unsafe situations or potential safety risks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Notify the Team Leader or other appropriate resource when issues arise concerning equipment, operations, materials, inventory, documentation, etc.
• Receive, stock, pick, issue, and deliver materials within performance guidelines to ensure the delight of internal and external customers.
• Maintain equipment, including safety checks.
• Ensure a continuous supply of equipment and materials necessary to complete operations.
• Meet established performance standards to ensure production schedules are met.
• Ensure that products meet nVent's quality specifications.
• Maintain accurate records and inventory balances.
• Perform rotational assignments as needed.
• Actively participate as a team member through continuous improvement activities to meet customer needs.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Pay Transparency nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range : $14.80 - $27.50 Per Hour

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
