Family Medicine Physician needed for an outpatient FQHC community health system in Queens. Organization is very mission-driven with emphasis on pediatric and women's health care. Job Function :

• The organization provides full service primary care, dental, and mental health services to the communities of need.
• Providers provide routine primary care, wellness assessments, and references for specialty care.
• Provide patient care to patients of all ages.
• Evaluate patients medication needs, write prescriptions.
• Provide patient education around health promotion, disease prevention, and health maintenance.
