Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,306 per week in Elizabethtown, KY

Periodic office meetings are necessary. Reliable transportation is a must, along with a current driver's license and agency-required liability insurance. Average number of patients per day will range from 5 to 10. Patient visits and activities hold different point values, totaling 30 points per week. Contractor will be assigned patients that equate to roughly 6 to 8 points. Types of cases include Start of Care and Follow Ups. Candidates must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from their home clinic. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. Traveling is compensated from patient home to patient home. The commute to and from the first and last patient will not be billable. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. The candidate must have proficiency in the required electronic medical record systems. There is no on-call requirement. Candidates should confirm their willingness to visit patients in their homes daily. Documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the appointment. All documentation needs to be timely and complete to avoid billing issues and ensure proper patient care. There are no guaranteed hours with this contract assignment. Weekly productivity expectations require hitting 30 points, which equates to approximately 40 hours of work per week.
