Role Overview :
As a Sales Agent / Broker you will be instrumental in extending our mission to provide comprehensive insurance and financial solutions to 1099 and self-employed individuals.
Your core responsibilities will be to identify, engage, and convert potential customers into satisfied clients who benefit from group insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Familiarize with the product offerings, gain in-depth product knowledge, and attend introductory training sessions.
- Begin prospecting : Identify and research potential clients who may benefit from our services.
- Engage in lead generation activities including cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Conduct initial customer outreach and respond to inquiries.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for potential clients to tailor offerings.
- Initiate steps for customer relationship management, including follow-ups and addressing concerns.
Reporting Structure & Collaboration :
- Sales agents / brokers will report directly to a Regional Manager, who will provide continuous support, guidance, training, and mentorship.
- Collaboration within teams and with other departments is encouraged to ensure seamless client experiences.
Key Performance Objectives :
- Prospecting : Continuous identification and research of potential clients.
- Lead Generation : Achieve monthly targets for generating qualified leads.
- Sales Presentations : Deliver persuasive presentations tailored to client needs.
- Customer Relationship Management : Foster and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Revenue Targets : Achieve or exceed monthly enrollment goals and revenue targets.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends.
- Feedback & Innovation : Provide feedback to improve product offerings and identify potential market segments.
