Job Description - Human Resources Assistant
General Description
The Human Resources (HR) Assistant will support the Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams by assisting with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and travel, maintaining applicant tracking systems, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers, and overall HR administrative support.
Duties
- Assists in posting job openings on internal and external job boards
- Screens resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Schedules and coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintains and updates the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Communicates with candidates regarding interview logistics and follow-up
- Prepares recruitment reports and metrics as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent acquisition and People Operations teams
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
Required / Preferred Experience and Education
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred1+ year of experience in an administrative HR support roleFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., JazzHR or iCIMS)Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment is preferredSkills
