Blockchain Support Engineer

A company is looking for a Blockchain Support Engineer. Key Responsibilities Act as a technical liaison for API integrators and internal stakeholders, diagnosing user-reported issues Investigate EVM and SVM blockchain transactions using various tools to identify root causes Develop scripts and tools to automate diagnostics and integrate solutions into the support process Required Qualifications Deep technical knowledge of Automated Market Makers (AMMs) and decentralized exchanges (DEXes) Proficient in blockchain debugging and simulation tools Competent in coding to reproduce issues and automate tasks Fluency with AI tools for diagnosing transaction issues Experience with SQL or other query languages and analytics platforms
