Family Medicine opening in New YorkLocated in Sherburne, NYFull-Time & PermanentSeeking a BE / BC Family Medicine doctor to join practice in Sherburne.

• (NYS) Patient-Centered Medical Home recognized through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home standards emphasize the use of systematic, patient-centered, coordinated care that supports access, communication, and patient involvement
• Join an established group of 1 full-time physician, 2 Advanced Practice Clinicians
• Traditional Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
• Opportunity for 4 / 10 hour shifts, 7 AM 5 PM
• No OB
• A first call system is in place with a nurse practitioner / physician assistant on call for your patients
• Integrated addiction care with large supportive network of MOUD clinicians throughout our clinics.
• Opportunities for teaching including collaboration with APCs on site and Columbia University Medical students

• Salary Range : $234,321 - $270,325. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
