Global Program Manager

A company is looking for a Global Program Manager to join their Premier Support and Technical Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for project scope, coordination, and objectives with customers and internal resources

Manage project deliverables, negotiate timelines, and prioritize business expectations with stakeholders

Provide regular executive updates on strategy and project progress to key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

10+ years of project management and related experience

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology

Experience with large enterprise-level accounts and global partners

Project and service certifications such as PMP, Prince2, ITIL, or equivalent experience

Familiarity with change management systems and processes
