REPORTS TO : Facilities Manager

HOURS : Monday – Friday; 7 : 30amam-4pm (Extended hours at times is possible).

FLSA STATUS : Non-Exempt

As a maintenance associate you will create and execute maintenance plans for equipment and machinery. You will also assist the facilities manager in project planning / execution and building maintenance.

Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.

• Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis : Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
• Perform building maintenance including inside (painting, ceiling tile, carpet replacement, etc.) and outside (snow shoveling, etc.).
• Use current company’s software maintenance program when completed assigned work.
• Machine / Equipment maintenance includes but is not limited to :

HVAC units

Required education / skills / experience :

Equivalent experience is considered having at least 1 year of longevity with a single employer, working in a full-time capacity.
