Product Design Lead

A company is looking for a Product Design Lead with a focus on entertainment and consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Spearhead the design evolution towards entertainment-centric product lines and consumer-facing experiences

Lead and mentor a team of product designers while contributing to hands-on design work

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft product strategy and ensure high-quality design execution

Required Qualifications :

7+ years of experience as a UI or UX designer, with at least 2 years in a management role

Strong passion for real-world collectible assets and understanding of the collector mindset

Significant interest in digital collectibles and the web3 space

Proven ability to operate as a hybrid IC / Manager, balancing strategy and hands-on execution

Proficiency with Figma and web + mobile design standards
