Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
10 years of substantial experience in litigation.
Prior trial experience (preferably jury trials).
Proven track record in 1st or 2nd chair trial and arbitration experience.
Exceptional litigation skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
Serve as lead counsel in high-stakes litigation matters.
Act as the 1st or 2nd chair in trial and arbitration proceedings.
Engage directly with clients, including high-level executives.
Present and argue dispositive motions.
Prepare for arbitration, bench, and jury trials, including witness preparation and post-judgment motion practice.
