Lead a national facilities function responsible for executing new construction, significant upgrades, and sustainable operations systems across 25–30 campus locations. Own the full operational command of a national initiative, managing a team of VPs, analysts, external vendors, and an SVP, with P&L responsibility. Drive AI‑driven frameworks to accelerate growth and improve efficiency. Collaborate with legal, finance, and regulatory partners while reporting directly to the founder. This role demands execution and decision‑making authority in a zero‑margin‑for‑error environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading the national facilities function : executing new construction, significant upgrades, and sustainable operations systems across 25–30 campus locations.
• Managing and expanding a team structure (SVP + VPs + supporting staff), with complete P&L responsibility for the facilities function.
• Establishing and enforcing enterprise‑wide standards for procurement, security, furnishing, networking infrastructure, and signage.
• Designing and deploying AI-driven playbooks and service‑level agreements that reduce friction and expedite each expansion phase.
• Maintaining direct reporting to the founder while collaborating with legal, finance, and regulatory counterparts to meet non‑negotiable launch deadlines.

Working with us

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $400 USD / hour, paid weekly, equating to approximately $800,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
