Lead a national facilities function responsible for executing new construction, significant upgrades, and sustainable operations systems across 25–30 campus locations. Own the full operational command of a national initiative, managing a team of VPs, analysts, external vendors, and an SVP, with P&L responsibility. Drive AI‑driven frameworks to accelerate growth and improve efficiency. Collaborate with legal, finance, and regulatory partners while reporting directly to the founder. This role demands execution and decision‑making authority in a zero‑margin‑for‑error environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading the national facilities function : executing new construction, significant upgrades, and sustainable operations systems across 25–30 campus locations.
- Managing and expanding a team structure (SVP + VPs + supporting staff), with complete P&L responsibility for the facilities function.
- Establishing and enforcing enterprise‑wide standards for procurement, security, furnishing, networking infrastructure, and signage.
- Designing and deploying AI-driven playbooks and service‑level agreements that reduce friction and expedite each expansion phase.
- Maintaining direct reporting to the founder while collaborating with legal, finance, and regulatory counterparts to meet non‑negotiable launch deadlines.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Advising from a distance – you will be the decision‑maker.Overseeing isolated single‑campus projects – your remit is national and systemic.Maintaining legacy processes – you will design and implement new, AI‑enabled frameworks.Awaiting executive guidance – this role drives expansion, it does not respond to it.Associate Partner Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements
10+ years of experience.Demonstrated success leading complex, multi‑location execution initiatives with strict deadlines and tangible stakes.Direct oversight of new construction, large-scale facility improvements, and operational frameworks at national or global level.Practical experience with retail construction projects and / or enterprise‑scale maintenance operations, where launch preparedness and standardization were essential.Confirmed ability to recruit, develop, and lead high‑performing teams, with full budgetary / P&L authority.Outstanding structured problem‑solving, stakeholder coordination, and communication capabilities.Proven ability to operate with speed, independence, and accountability in high‑growth or PE‑backed settings.U.S. work authorization and availability to travel approximately 25%.Nice‑to‑have Requirements

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $400 USD / hour, paid weekly, equating to approximately $800,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
