One of our companies is currently looking for a Manager, Channel Sales in United States .

As the Manager of Channel Sales, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding market reach through channel partnerships. This involves creating and implementing strategies to foster strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and supporting partners to increase sales. The role will require you to work closely with internal teams to provide partners with the tools, resources, and support they need to achieve targets. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing the performance of partners, setting sales goals, and leading a team to success.

Accountabilities :

  • Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to drive revenue growth across North America and LATAM.
  • Align channel sales targets with broader corporate goals and ensure consistent communication with leadership.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of channel sales professionals, ensuring they meet sales goals.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, offering guidance for their career progression.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with channel partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
  • Work with internal teams (product, marketing, customer support) to create and deliver effective enablement programs and sales tools.
  • Monitor and analyze channel sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management.
  • Proven success in driving sales growth through channel partnerships.
  • Experience in managing and motivating both internal sales teams and external partners.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics and partner ecosystems, particularly in North America and LATAM.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
