The Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for conducting start of care visits for home health patients, providing one-on-one care in their home environments. Candidates must be licensed RNs with experience in home care and reliable transportation.

Admissions (Start of Care / SOC Visit) Registered Nurse | The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for completing admissions and / or visits for our Home Care team. Enjoy independence and flexibility in the field to visit patients one on one in their home setting.

Hours : Full-time - Days | Friday - Monday. Work 32 hours per week, but get paid for 40!

• Annual Salary Range : $76,960 - $89,440
