Job descriptionDirect and coordinate daily activities of field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules. Prepare and maintain detailed progress documentation, including daily reports, photos, payroll logs, equipment usage, and schedule updates. Oversee permit acquisition and inspection processes, ensuring compliance and timely resolution of any deviations. Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans, ensuring all team members and trade partners adhere to safety standards. Collaborate with Project Managers and Operations leadership to address jobsite challenges and maintain production goals. Lead safety meetings and reporting requirements, holding subcontractors accountable for training and compliance. Ability to read and interpret construction documents including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and contracts. Familiarity with project management and reporting software (e.g., MS Outlook, Word, Adobe, and industry-specific platforms). Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring climbing, balancing, and extended periods of standing. Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance. Keen attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in plans or specifications. Commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering projects to the highest standards.
