About the Role

Culmen International is hiring a Technical Writer III to support the Research Directorate at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division. This position is on-site in Lakehurst, NJ.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst (LKE) Mission Operations & Integration (MO&I) Department is responsible for Navy Aircraft Platform Support Equipment (SE), Aircraft Launch Recovery Equipment (ALRE), and supports additional Joint Service, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Department of Defense (DoD) programs. The division's efforts result in logistics, engineering, and cyber work products for each aircraft and support system.

This is for future openings; positions may not be immediately available.

What You’ll Do in Your New Role

• Create and edit technical documents for various audiences, including manuals, guides, and procedures.
• Lead the development and maintenance of documentation standards and templates.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and verify technical information.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of written content.
